The South Shore Joeys is a local group of clowns based out of the South Shore Massachusetts area. We are chartered as Alley 159A of the Clowns of America International (COAI) and uphold the rules and structure of that organization. The South Shore Joeys is a non-profit organization. The purpose of the group is to further the art of clowning and to help each other develop as better clowns. The alley meets bimonthly through most of the year and performs as a group for community and charity events (donations are accepted though not required). The alley also performs in parades for a small fee (this is how the alley funds most of its activities). It is not the purpose of the alley to promote, advertise, or hire individual clowns. But rather to promote clowning as an art form and bring smiles and laughter to all ages through public appearances of the group. It is also the purpose of the alley to help educate its members in new skills and traing/bring along new clowns.

The Alley is a group of clowns and magicians or any other type of family entertainers that meet on the third Wednesday of every month at the Elmhurst Hospital in Queens New York. Each month various topics of the entertainment industry are discussed. Guest speakers are on hand at various times as well as the training and guidance of those individuals that are new or interested in clowning (or juggling, face painting, balloon artistry, magic etc.) At various times of the year the members of the alley get together in costume and visit the children at the hospital to bring miles of smiles to all the patients and their families. It truly is a wonderful feeling. Although the alley itself is new, the majority of its members have been in the clowning industry for many, many years. There is a certain camaraderie within the alley that grows with each meeting and at times new friendships are made and "work together" ethics are exchanged. Everyone is treated on an equal level. You can feel at home here at the alley, and with some of us, this is a family. If you wish to visit us, feel free to come on down to Elmhurst hospital in Queens at 79-01 Broadway, Elmhurst, NY 11373 on the third Wednesday of the month

The "Tulsa Educational Clowns" and "Huffy & Friends" present Fire Safety Education programs to over 50,000 children and distribute about 50,000 Fire and Life Safety materials annually in and around the Tulsa area. We also support an apartment near Hillcrest Hospital's Alexander Burn Center for families of severely burned loved ones. We put on our performances during our off-duty time from the Tulsa Fire Department and have earned several local, state and national awards for our work. The demand is so great for our shows that we are currently booked for over a year in advance!! Annual expenses total over $90,000.00. We try to meet these expense with donations received through private, corporate, and local fund raisers. Both groups have the support of the Governor of the State of Oklahoma, The Mayor of the City of Tulsa, the Tulsa Fire Chief and the Tulsa Public Schools.
The "Tulsa Firefighters Educational Clowns" teach Fire Prevention and Fire Safety 8 to 12 times a month as volunteers and require a minimum of 200 children per show during the current school year and 50 children per show during the summer break. Along with Huffy, they distribute the coloring books to the children.

Welcome to Minnesota Clown Alley 19. Minnesota Clown Alley 19 was started in the early 1970's by a group of eager clowns that wanted to spread the joy of clowning by teaching. Alley 19 is an educational club, which means you will not see us as a group in parades or at a birthday party. You will be able to learn all about clowning at our annual Minnesota Clown Daze. This is a full day workshop where we invite other clowns to come and learn from us. Members of Alley 19 travel all over the United States and attend other workshops and conventions to gather fresh ideas and topics to share with you. To be a member of Minnesota Clown Alley 19 you must also be a member of Clowns of America International. Our membership dues are $10/year. We are a Christian clown group sharing Gods extravagant love one smile at a time. Crazy Wacky Christian (CWC) clowns are a group of clowns from many churches about the eastern shore that want to tell others about the love gift God has given man. This is done through silly skits, ballooning, illusions, Stories, and walk around fun. The Christian clown will never put down an audience member but the clown himself will take on the insults much like Christ has taken on our sins.
